sawada3.com（以下「当方」といいます）は、iOS / Android アプリ「にゃんログ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 取得する情報
本アプリでは、機能提供のため以下の情報を取得・利用します。
- 愛猫に関する情報：猫の名前、誕生日、体重、プロフィール写真、日々の記録（メモ・写真・ご機嫌レベル・タグ）
- 記録者情報：ユーザーが任意で入力する表示名（家族共有時に使用、デフォルト「自分」）
- 認証情報：登録メールアドレス、Sign in with Apple 利用時の Apple ID 識別子（iOS のみ）、Google でログインした場合の Google アカウントの識別子とメールアドレス
- 購入情報：Pro プラン購入時の購入 ID・商品 ID・購入状態（App Store / Google Play 経由）
- AI 機能で使う写真：AI 気持ち診断・AI 写真補正・にゃんトリップ・うちの子スタンプ（端末の中で切り抜けなかった場合）を利用した際の写真（後述）。にゃんトリップでは、記録していない端末の写真（ライブラリ）も選べます
- AI が作った文：猫のひとこと、日記帳のページの文と章の題など、AI 機能で作った文（記録と同じく保存し、家族のメンバーと共有します）
- AI が作った画像：にゃんトリップで、写真の背景を AI が行き先の景色に描き替えた画像（できあがった画像と、作る途中の画像、旅に出した写真を縦横を整えて縮めたものを保存し、その猫を共有している家族のメンバーが見られます。端末の写真から作った旅は、選んだ旅の画像 1 枚だけを、家族のメンバーだけが見られる記録としてタイムラインに載せます。元の写真は記録に入りません）
- 利用状況：本アプリ内で表示した画面や操作（タブの切り替え、ログイン方法の選択など）の記録。サービス改善のために当方のデータベース（Supabase）にのみ保存し、外部の解析サービスには送信しません
2. 情報の利用目的
- 本アプリの基本機能（日記の記録・閲覧・編集）の提供
- AI 気持ち診断機能による解析結果の提供
- AI による文の作成（日記帳のページの文と章の題、週ごとのふりかえり、にゃんレポートのまとめ、翻訳）
- にゃんトリップ（写真の背景を AI で行き先の景色に描き替える機能）の提供
- 家族共有機能の提供
- 不具合調査・サービス改善（どの画面まで使われたかなど、利用状況の分析を含む）
- ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの対応
3. データの保存先
本アプリで作成されたデータ（写真・記録・コメント等）は、Supabase（東京リージョン）に安全に保存されます。Supabase は SOC 2 Type II 認証を取得した信頼性の高いデータベースサービスです。
- 本アプリのデータは Row Level Security により、ご本人と招待した家族メンバーのみがアクセスできます
- 家族共有機能を利用した場合：招待リンクを通じて参加した家族メンバーと同じ猫の記録を共有します
- 一時的なキャッシュ（オフライン閲覧用）は端末内にも保存されます
4. 第三者提供（外部 API・クラウドサービス）
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスにユーザーデータの一部を送信または保存します。いずれも個人を直接識別する情報は含まれず、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って厳重に管理されます。
a. Supabase（データ保存・認証）
b. OpenAI（AI 気持ち診断・日記帳・にゃんトリップなどの AI 機能）
- 用途：猫の気持ちを写真から判定する（AI 気持ち診断・猫のひとこと）、日記帳のページの文と章の題を作る、週ごとのふりかえりとにゃんレポートのまとめを作る、投稿やコメントを翻訳する、にゃんトリップで写真の背景を行き先の景色に描き替え、旅のことば（猫のセリフ）を作る（写真に猫が写っているかの確認を含む）
- 送信情報（機能ごと）：
- AI 気持ち診断：診断する写真、猫の性別、その猫の最近の診断結果（お誕生日の日は年齢も）
- 日記帳：ページの文を作るとき（家族のメンバーがそのページを開いたときなど）に、その記録の写真 1 枚（1 枚目）、猫の名前、記録の本文・気持ち・タグ、猫のひとこと。これまでに保存した記録も対象です。章の題を作るときは、その章のページの文と猫の名前を送ります（写真は送りません）。日記帳を初めて開くときにアプリで確認し、そのページを開いたメンバーが「AI で作る」を選んでいる場合だけ送ります（ほかの家族のメンバーが記録した写真・文も含みます）
- 週ごとのふりかえり：猫の名前・性別、その週の記録の本文・気持ち・タグ
- にゃんレポートのまとめ：猫の名前、その月の記録の数、気持ちとタグの名前と数（本文・写真は送りません）
- 翻訳：「翻訳を見る」を押した投稿・コメントの文
- にゃんトリップ：旅に出す写真（記録の写真、または端末から選んだ写真を、縦横を整えて縮めたもの。写真の位置情報は送りません）、猫の形を切り抜いたマスク画像、行き先の景色の指示。旅のことばを作るときは、できあがった旅の写真、猫の名前、行き先の名前と説明も送ります。記録の文は送りません。旅に出す前にアプリで知らせ、「つれていく」を押した場合だけ送ります
- メールアドレス・表示名・ユーザー ID など、ユーザーを識別する情報は送りません。ただし、記録の本文やコメントにご自身で書いた内容は、そのまま送られます
- 作った文は Supabase に保存し、その猫を共有している家族のメンバーが読めます
- OpenAI は API 経由のデータを AI モデル学習に使用しないと表明しています

c. Cloudflare（にゃんトリップの AI の予備）
- 用途：にゃんトリップで OpenAI が使えないとき（障害・提供終了など）だけ、OpenAI の代わりに Cloudflare Workers AI で、写真に猫が写っているかを確かめ、旅のことば（猫のセリフ）を作る
- 送信情報：旅に出す写真（縦横を整えて縮めたもの。写真の位置情報は送りません）、できあがった旅の写真、猫の名前、行き先の名前と説明。メールアドレス・表示名・ユーザー ID など、ユーザーを識別する情報は送りません
- Cloudflare は、Workers AI で扱うデータを AI モデルの学習に使用せず、通常の処理では処理が終わった後に入力と出力を保持しないと表明しています

d. Replicate（AI 写真補正（Pro 限定）・にゃんトリップ・うちの子スタンプ）
- 用途：写真の不要な物体を AI で消去（インペインティング）、にゃんトリップで写真から猫の部分を切り抜く、うちの子スタンプで写真から猫の部分を切り抜く（端末の中で切り抜けなかった場合だけ）
- 送信情報：AI 写真補正では編集対象の写真とマスク画像、にゃんトリップでは旅に出す写真（記録の写真、または端末から選んだ写真を、縦横を整えて縮めたもの）、うちの子スタンプでは選んだ写真（長い辺を 1024 ピクセルまでに縮めたもの。切り抜きが終わったら当方の保存場所から消します）

5. 写真・画像データの取扱い
- 本アプリは、ユーザーが明示的に選択した写真のみを取り扱います
- カメラ・フォトライブラリへのアクセスは、ユーザーの許諾を得てから行います
- 取得した写真は、次の場合を除き、外部に送信されることはありません：AI 気持ち診断（診断する写真を OpenAI へ）、日記帳のページの文づくり（記録の 1 枚目の写真を OpenAI へ）、AI 写真補正（編集する写真を Replicate へ）、にゃんトリップ（旅に出す写真を Replicate と OpenAI へ。OpenAI が使えないときは、旅に出す写真とできあがった旅の写真を Cloudflare へ）
6. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは 13 歳以上の方を対象としています。13 歳未満の方がご利用される場合は、保護者の方の同意のもとでご利用ください。
7. データの削除・アカウント解除
- 個別の記録は、本アプリ内の詳細画面から削除できます
- すべてのデータを削除されたい場合は、本アプリ内の「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」より、サーバー側のデータを含めて完全に削除できます
- アカウントを削除したときは、サービス改善のため、退会理由とあわせて、ご利用状況の数（記録の件数、AI 診断の回数、アプリを開いた日数、最後に見た画面の名前など）を、個人を特定できない形で保存します。写真・文章・コメントの内容・メールアドレス・お名前・猫の名前は保存しません
- Pro プラン購読中の場合は、解約後にアカウント削除を行ってください（解約方法：iPhone は「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」、Android は「Google Play アプリ → アカウント → お支払いと定期購入 → 定期購入」）
- 削除に関するお問い合わせは お問い合わせフォーム（種別「退会（アカウント削除）」を選択）からお送りください
8. Cookie・解析ツール
本アプリでは、Cookie および外部の解析ツール（Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics 等）を使用していません。利用状況の記録は当方のデータベース内でのみ集計し、広告目的には利用しません。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令の変更・サービスの拡張等に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更があった場合は、本アプリ内またはウェブサイト上でお知らせいたします。

sawada3.com ("we" or "us") sets out the following privacy policy (this "Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the iOS / Android app "nyanlog" (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
The App collects and uses the following information to provide its features.
- Information about your cat: cat name, birthday, weight, profile photo, and daily records (notes, photos, mood level, tags)
- Recorder information: a display name you optionally enter (used for family sharing; defaults to "You")
- Authentication information: your registered email address, the Apple ID identifier when using Sign in with Apple (iOS only), and the Google account identifier and email address when signing in with Google
- Purchase information: purchase ID, product ID, and purchase status when buying the Pro plan (via the App Store / Google Play)
- Photos used by AI features: photos used with the AI mood check, AI photo retouch, and Nyan Trip features (see below). In Nyan Trip, you can also choose a photo from your device library that you have not recorded
- AI-written text: text written by the App's AI features, such as your cat's lines and the page text and chapter titles in the diary (stored like your records and shared with your family members)
- AI-made images: images in which AI has redrawn a photo's background as a destination scene with Nyan Trip (the finished images, the images made along the way, and the photo sent on the trip, cropped and resized, are stored, and family members who share that cat can see them. For a trip made from a device photo, only the trip image you choose is posted to the timeline as a record that only your family members can see; the original photo is not added to your records)
- Usage data: a record of the screens you view and the actions you take in the App (such as switching tabs or choosing a sign-in method). It is stored only in our own database (Supabase) to improve the service and is never sent to external analytics services
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the App's core features (creating, viewing, and editing diary entries)
- To provide analysis results from the AI mood check feature
- To write text with AI (diary page text and chapter titles, weekly recaps, the summary in the Monthly Cat Report, and translations)
- To provide Nyan Trip (a feature that redraws a photo's background as a destination scene with AI)
- To provide the family sharing feature
- To investigate issues and improve the service (including analyzing usage data, such as how far users get in the App)
- To respond to inquiries from users
3. Data Storage
Data created in the App (photos, records, comments, etc.) is stored securely on Supabase (Tokyo region). Supabase is a reliable database service certified under SOC 2 Type II.
- App data is protected by Row Level Security so that only you and the family members you invite can access it
- When using family sharing: you share the same cat's records with family members who join via an invite link
- Temporary cache (for offline viewing) is also stored on your device
4. Third-Party Services
The App sends or stores some user data with the following third-party services. None of them include information that directly identifies an individual, and all data is managed strictly in accordance with each company's privacy policy.
a. Supabase (data storage & authentication)
- Purpose: user authentication, database, photo storage
- Data sent: email address, user-entered data (cat info, nau posts, photos), usage data

b. OpenAI (AI mood check, diary, Nyan Trip, and other AI features)
- Purpose: determine a cat's mood from a photo (AI mood check and your cat's lines), write the page text and chapter titles in the diary, write the weekly recap and the summary in the Monthly Cat Report, translate posts and comments, and in Nyan Trip, redraw a photo's background as a destination scene and write the trip lines (your cat's lines) (including checking that the photo shows a cat)
- Data sent (by feature):
- AI mood check: the photo to be analyzed, the cat's sex, and the cat's recent mood check results (and its age on its birthday)
- Diary: when page text is written (for example, when a family member opens that page), the record's photo (the first one only), the cat's name, the record's text, mood, and tags, and your cat's line. This also applies to records saved in the past. For chapter titles, we send the page text of that chapter and the cat's name (no photos). The app asks the first time the diary is opened, and this is sent only if the family member opening the page has chosen to let AI write the pages (this includes photos and text recorded by other family members)
- Weekly recap: the cat's name and sex, and the text, mood, and tags of that week's records
- Monthly Cat Report summary: the cat's name, the number of records that month, and the names and counts of moods and tags (no record text or photos)
- Translation: the text of the post or comment you tapped "See translation" on
- Nyan Trip (Pro): the photo you send on the trip (a record photo or a photo chosen from your device, cropped and resized; the photo's location data is not sent), a mask image of the cat's outline, and instructions for the destination scene. To write the trip lines, we also send the finished trip photo, the cat's name, and the destination's name and description. We do not send record text. The app tells you before the trip starts, and the photo is sent only when you tap "Take a trip"
- We do not send information that identifies you, such as your email address, display name, or user ID. However, anything you write yourself in a record or comment is sent as written
- The text written by AI is stored on Supabase and can be read by the family members who share that cat
- OpenAI states that it does not use data submitted via the API to train its AI models

c. Cloudflare (backup AI for Nyan Trip / Pro only)
- Purpose: only when OpenAI is unavailable (an outage, a model being retired, etc.), Nyan Trip uses Cloudflare Workers AI instead of OpenAI to check that the photo shows a cat and to write the trip lines (your cat's lines)
- Data sent: the photo you send on the trip (cropped and resized; the photo's location data is not sent), the finished trip photo, the cat's name, and the destination's name and description. We do not send information that identifies you, such as your email address, display name, or user ID
- Cloudflare states that it does not use data processed by Workers AI to train AI models, and that for standard requests it does not keep inputs or outputs once processing is finished

d. Replicate (AI photo retouch and Nyan Trip / Pro only)
- Purpose: remove unwanted objects from photos using AI (inpainting), and cut out the cat from the photo in Nyan Trip
- Data sent: for AI photo retouch, the photo to be edited and a mask image; for Nyan Trip, the photo you send on the trip (a record photo or a photo chosen from your device, cropped and resized)

- Purpose: manage the purchase status of the Pro plan
- Data sent: purchase ID, product ID, and purchase status (no financial information is sent; payments are handled solely by Apple / Google)

5. Photo Data Handling
- The App only handles photos you explicitly select
- Access to the camera / photo library is requested only after obtaining your permission
- Photos obtained are never sent externally, except in these cases: the AI mood check (the photo to be analyzed, to OpenAI), writing diary page text (the record's first photo, to OpenAI), AI photo retouch (the photo to be edited, to Replicate), and Nyan Trip (the photo you send on the trip, to Replicate and OpenAI; when OpenAI is unavailable, the photo you send on the trip and the finished trip photo, to Cloudflare)
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If a person under 13 uses the App, they should do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.
7. Data Deletion
- Individual records can be deleted from the detail screen within the App
- If you wish to delete all your data, you can completely remove it, including server-side data, from "Settings → Account → Delete account" within the App
- When you delete your account, we keep, together with your reason for leaving, counts of how you used the App (such as the number of records, AI check runs, days you opened the App, and the names of the last screens you viewed) in a form that does not identify you, to improve the service. We do not keep photos, text, comment contents, your email address, your name, or your cats' names
- If you have an active Pro subscription, please delete your account after canceling it (to cancel: on iPhone, "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions"; on Android, "Google Play app → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions")

8. Cookies & Analytics
The App does not use cookies or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics). Usage data is aggregated only within our own database and is never used for advertising.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be changed without notice due to changes in laws, expansion of the service, and similar reasons. If there are significant changes, we will announce them within the App or on our website.
