個別データの削除（アカウント削除なし)Deleting individual data (without deleting your account)

アカウント全体を削除しなくても、特定のデータだけを削除することができます。You can delete specific data without deleting your entire account.

• にゃう投稿の削除: 投稿詳細画面 → 右上の三点リーダー(⋮) → 「削除」をタップ
• Delete a post: Post detail → top-right ⋮ menu → tap "Delete"
• コメントの削除: コメントを長押し → 「削除」を選択
• Delete a comment: long-press the comment → choose "Delete"
• 登録した猫の削除: プロフィール画面 → 猫の編集 → 一番下の「猫を削除」
• Delete a registered cat: Profile → edit the cat → "Delete cat" at the bottom
• 家族グループからの退会: 家族設定 → 「家族から退会」(他にメンバーがいる場合)
• Leave a family group: Family settings → "Leave family" (if there are other members)
• 家族メンバーの削除(owner のみ): 家族設定 → メンバー一覧 → 削除したいメンバーをタップ → 「削除」
• Remove a family member (owner only): Family settings → member list → tap the member → "Remove"
• 写真のみの削除: 投稿編集画面 → 写真の × をタップ → 「保存」
• Delete only a photo: Edit post → tap × on the photo → "Save"

個別データの削除は即時反映されます。削除後の復元はできません。Individual data deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

アカウント全体の削除Deleting your entire account

にゃんログのアカウントを削除する方法は 2 通り あります。There are two ways to delete your nyanlog account.

方法 1: アプリ内から削除（推奨・最も簡単）Method 1: Delete from within the app (recommended, easiest)

1. にゃんログを起動してサインインする
2. Launch nyanlog and sign in
3. 右下の プロフィール タブ(猫アイコン)を開く
4. Open the Profile tab (cat icon) at the bottom right
5. 下にスクロールして 「アカウント」 セクションを探す
6. Scroll down to the "Account" section
7. 「アカウントを削除」 をタップ
8. Tap "Delete account"
9. 表示される確認画面でアンケート(任意・スキップ可能)に回答後、削除を確定
10. Answer the optional survey (you can skip it) on the confirmation screen, then confirm deletion
11. 削除完了後、自動的にサインアウトされます
12. After deletion, you'll be signed out automatically

方法 2: お問い合わせフォームからのリクエストMethod 2: Request via the contact form

アプリにアクセスできない場合、お問い合わせフォームからリクエストをお送りください。If you can't access the app, send a request via the contact form.

• お問い合わせ種別で 「退会（アカウント削除）」 を選択してください
• Choose "Account deletion" as the inquiry type
• 本人確認のため、メールアドレス欄には 登録済みのメールアドレス をご入力ください
• For verification, enter your registered email address in the email field
• お問い合わせ内容に「アカウント削除を希望」とご記載ください
• Write "I'd like to delete my account" in the message

お問い合わせフォームを開く Open the contact form

フォームでのリクエストの場合、本人確認後 7 営業日以内 に削除処理を実施します。For requests via the form, we complete deletion within 7 business days after identity verification.

削除されるデータData that will be deleted

アカウント削除を実行すると、以下のデータがすべて削除されます:When you delete your account, all of the following data is deleted:

• アカウント情報:メールアドレス、表示名、アバター画像
• Account info: email address, display name, avatar image
• 投稿データ:にゃう投稿、AI 診断結果、コメント、いいね
• Posts: posts, AI check results, comments, likes
• 写真:アップロードされたすべての猫の写真、AI 編集された写真
• Photos: all uploaded cat photos and AI-edited photos
• 家族グループ:あなたが唯一のメンバーだった家族グループとその猫情報。複数メンバーがいる家族グループからは退会のみ行われます(他のメンバーのデータは保持)
• Family groups: family groups where you were the only member, and their cat data. For groups with multiple members, you simply leave (other members' data is kept).
• 認証情報:Supabase 認証情報
• Authentication: Supabase authentication data

保持されるデータData that may be retained

以下のデータについては、法令遵守または品質改善のために 匿名化したうえで一定期間保持 する場合があります:The following may be retained in anonymized form for a limited period, for legal compliance or quality improvement:

• 退会理由のアンケート回答(任意提出):匿名化したうえで品質改善に利用、最大 24 ヶ月保持
• Deletion survey responses (optional): used anonymized for quality improvement, kept up to 24 months
• サブスクリプションの取引履歴:Apple App Store / Google Play 側で管理。当方は取引 ID 等の最小限の情報を税法上の保管義務(7 年)に従って保持
• Subscription transaction history: managed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We keep minimal info such as transaction IDs per tax-law retention obligations (7 years).
• サーバーアクセスログ:セキュリティ監査用に最大 90 日間保持。個人と紐づかない形式
• Server access logs: kept up to 90 days for security auditing, in a form not linked to individuals.

削除後のサブスクリプションについてAbout subscriptions after deletion

Pro プランをご利用中の場合、アカウント削除前に必ず サブスクリプションを解約 してください。アカウント削除だけではサブスクリプションは自動解約されません。If you're on the Pro plan, be sure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Deleting your account alone does not cancel the subscription.

• iOS: 設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション → にゃんログ Pro 月額
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → nyanlog Pro (monthly)
• Android: Google Play ストア → メニュー → 定期購入 → にゃんログ Pro 月額
• Android: Google Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → nyanlog Pro (monthly)
